Our Model

Our approach goes beyond traditional youth programming by recognizing that young people are not problems to be solved, but potential to be developed.

Many youth begin their journey with us as participants, then grow into volunteer roles as Leaders-in-Training (LITs), and some even progress to become hired as coaches in our sports and educational programs. We are proud to be a youth-led organization.
